4. Payment Processing
All payment processing is handled by Paddle.com Market Limited (for customers outside the USA) or Paddle.com Inc (for customers in the USA), who act as our Merchant of Record. We do not store your complete payment card information on our servers. Please refer to Paddle's Privacy Policy for information on how they handle your payment data.
5. Data Sharing
We may share your information with:
- Service providers who assist in our operations, including:
- Supabase (database and file storage)
- Resend (email delivery and tracking)
- AI providers (Claude, Gemini) for invoice data extraction
- Paddle, our payment processor and Merchant of Record
- Law enforcement or government agencies when required by law
- Other parties in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
6. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

This tracking applies to emails sent to your clients through the Service. Your clients may opt out of tracking by disabling images in their email client.
