By accessing or using Payment Hunter ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Payment Hunter is an AI-powered invoice management platform that helps businesses track invoices and automate payment reminders. The Service includes invoice data extraction, client management, email reminder automation, and payment tracking features.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Payment Terms

Payment Hunter offers paid subscription plans. All payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited (for customers outside the USA) or Paddle.com Inc (for customers in the USA), who act as our Merchant of Record. By subscribing, you also agree to Paddle's terms of service.

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis. Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel before the renewal date.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day refund policy. If you are not satisfied with the Service, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase. To request a refund, contact us at support@paymenthunter.bot. Refunds are processed by Paddle in accordance with their refund procedures.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any laws
Upload malicious content, viruses, or harmful code
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications
Impersonate any person or entity
Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

7. Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you upload to the Service, including invoices and client information. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process this data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and process any data you submit to the Service, including obtaining necessary consents from your clients for sending payment reminders on your behalf.

8. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses artificial intelligence to extract data from invoices and may assist in generating reminder emails. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all extracted data and communications before they are sent.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Payment Hunter shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Payment Hunter and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. We may terminate or suspend your account for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Payment Hunter operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
