How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, simply contact our support team at support@paymenthunter.bot within 14 days of your purchase. Please include your account email address and order number in your request.
Refund Processing
All payments and refunds are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited (for customers outside the USA) or Paddle.com Inc (for customers in the USA), who act as our Merchant of Record. Once your refund request is approved, Paddle will process the refund to your original payment method.
Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider.
Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. If you cancel after the 14-day refund window, you will continue to have access to the Service until the end of your current billing period, but no refund will be issued for the current period.
